What I would like to know about the of the dog/pet

It would be good to know if the pet has a certain way of treating it, if it has any special maintenance conditions or difficulties, a certain way of feeding, how it behaves, if it has any rules and the like, how it is with strangers, if it is afraid of anything, if it likes to walk and play, etc. 😊
P.S. Unfortunately, I am not able to bring pets to my home because I live in a rented apartment where animals are not allowed.
