I can help senior citizens with getting medical supplies and medications, shopping for food, food preparing, washing dishes, also with cleaning and tidying up the apartment, laundry and so on. I generally believe it is important, as much as helping with practical matters, to spend some time with them, having a conversations, listen what they have to say and making them feel like then can rely on someone.
