have been taking care of the elderly all my life. I lived with my grandparents until I was 6 years old and again with my grandmother from the age of 16. Five years ago, I took my mother in, adjusted the space for her, raised the toilet with a handle, shower cabin without a tub, etc. For five years, we fought against cancer with Gillian Barr and difficult walking (with the help of a walker). That means help with hygiene, dressing, preparing a meal that makes her happy, talking and going for walks, driving to doctors for therapy, bringing her friends so she doesn't feel lonely. So worries 24 hours a day. Also, as a student, I did a "cultural mosaic", a weekly gathering at the Home for the Elderly in Sopot, which was very interesting to me, I learned a lot from them, heard stories about customs that fascinate me. I graduated in social work specifically in the field of gerontology. I appreciate the elderly because they have invested their lives in young people and now they need help.
