About me

My name is Maja. I graduated high school in hospitality in Opatija, majoring in tourism and hotel commercial. Next year I am planning on enrolling Faculty of Pedagogy in Rijeka or Zagreb. I have experience with babysitting. I looked after my sister when she was little and for the past year I have been looking after a 7 year old girl with Down syndrom. My parents owned a restaurant and I used to look after the children from our regular guests. I understand children quite well. In my free time, I run, exercise, walk, read and draw. I have good friends with whom I have good friendships. I enjoy seeing them and going out. I have also been diving for the past two years. I am very resourceful, I am not ashamed of anything, I am curious and a very confident person. My mom tells me that I have always been more mature for my age than my peers. I have always loved children and one day I would like to have a day care center for tourists' children. I feel that engaging with children is my life calling.
